I have an HVAC system in my house which we've had a lot of trouble with. It was installed before we moved in, and at the beginning, it was difficult to find someone who could service it. I tried several different companies before finding R&R Mechanical Services. They all supposedly specialized in high velocity air conditioners, but only R&R proved to be competent.
This past summer, we had a big problem with the air conditioner and they ended up finding that there was a problem with the original installation. They were real troopers about it. At one point, we were on vacation and I just left my house key with them. By the time we got back, they had our air conditioner up and running better than ever. I trust them and I like that they are a family-run operation. We've been with them for so long that they feel like family members.
