Our company owns a couple commercial spaces in a shopping center and rent out to businesses. We've used RK now for a couple projects and they continue to be our go-to for plumbing issues. We have a lot of plumber contacts, but we keep going back to RK. They get the job done right the first time. more

My mom is a loyal customer of RK Knight and has been for years. As a new homeowner, I have had a few minor plumbing issues pop up and I have called the larger chain companies that advertise their great deals everywhere, assuming they were cheaper than this mom and pop company. Big mistake. They fix your issue, charge double what they advertise and try to sell you a ton of other services. So when I found a pipe leaking under my kitchen sink I finally gave in and listened to my mother. Within an hour a very clean, professional, and friendly plumber was at my house. Within seconds he diagnosed the problem and fixed it for far less than I was expecting to pay. Not only did he NOT try to sell me other products and services I didn't ask for, he told me the really expensive repair one of the chain companies said I needed was not necessary. When someone is honest with me that is the key to earning my business. I am now a loyal RK Knight customer. I hate to admit it, but my mom might have been right for once. If you have a problem give them a call. Reasonable, fast, and friendly!! more

I called the company at 10:00am and spoke to someone who was friendly. I explained that I needed my issue taken care of that day. They set up an appointment at 2:00pm that same day. The plumber came out, was friendly, and even wore coverings over his work shoes so he wouldn't damage my floor. They gave me a fair estimate and completed the work within 3 hours that same day for the price they had quoted me. I would most definitely call them again!!! more

service & guarantee well worth it. I had Randy out on 7-12-14 to unclog main kitchen sink; replace leaky garbage disposal & install new island kitchen faucet. Randy was very courteous & knowledgeable. He was very meticulous & wore covers over his shoes & put service mat down when working on disposable & faucet. I was very pleased with the extra effort he put into completing all aspects of the job. Overall great work!! more

Once again, this is my go-to company for plumbing needs. I called only minutes before closing last friday with a severe stoppage that i needed to have cleared. I knew it was a long shot to have them make it out, but, i thought I'd give it a try anyhow. Needless to say, Ronnie made it happen. I figured he'd be bitter when he arrived, considering it was last minute on a friday, but, like always, he was very polite, understanding, and there to fix the issue as needed. They haven't failed me yet. Thanks guys! more

R.K. Knight is highly recommended. I was immediately impressed with the way they answered the phone and set up a fast appointment. Then when Randy put on booties, before entering our home, to protect our floors. He was up front about the job and provided options and prices. We ended up replacing a toilet and his work was excellent. They also installed an outdoor valve and again, did an excellent job. We HIGHLY recommend R.K. Knight. more

I called RK Knight to inspect the drainage in the new house I was considering buying. This\r \r is a must for older houses. They came out with their video camera and open the clean out and \r \r inspected the line to the sewer. The man who did the job was friendly and efficient and showed \r \r me what he found on the video screen he has with him. I recommend RK Knight for this and any \r \r other plumbing needs you might have.They did a great job for me. more

RK Knight was called after my home Warranty Service failed to provide what i would say\r adaquete Plumbing Services. I spoke to Ronnie on the phone and he was very informative and \r explained everything to me. Ronnie called me back early to see if the plumbers could arrive \r sooner which was great. Both Randy and Shawn were very pleasant and explained everything to me. They had to clear my main line sewer from the roof and from what i heard not many people do these. Upon completion of clearing the drain they put a camera down the drain and made sure everything was clear. One thing that really impressed me was when Randy entered the home he put on shoe covers for the bottom. I have never seen any service that came to my house ever do \r \r that really impressed me. I will continue to use RK Knight for all my plumbing services. more

RK Knight to the rescue again. After having RK Knight clear my main line, i had even \r \r more issues on the other side of the house. I called and spoke to Ronnie and he set me up an \r \r appointment with one of his plumbers to come out and give me an estimate to have some of \r \r the drains replaced. After reviewing it they were able to give me a price and set me up an \r \r appointment. Top notch service and very professional will be using RK Knight for my plumbing \r \r services. more

Harry\r This is the third time we have used RK Knight Plumbing and we have always been\r very satisfied with their work. I made the appointment, they called me to let me know 1/2 hour before he arrived, and our guy was on time. We had two problems: a leaky faucet in the tub and a pipe that needed cleaning out. We needed a replacement part which he did not have, but he went and got it and returned very quickly. Both jobs were finished in a reasonable period of time. He left everything spic and span which I really appreciate. I know the next time we need a plumber, RK Knight will be the one we call. more

We have used his services on numerous occasions, from clogged drains, to overflown toilets, and even leaky pipes (we have an old house with old pipes). He is super friendly and helpful every time. There is no job too big or too small that he hasn't been willing to help us out with. We wouldn't go anywhere else in Whittier! more

I love RK Knight plumbing. The phone call is taken professionally, the plumber arrives on time, he is clean cut and wears shoe covers in the house, they know what they are doing (we have had two different plumbers from RK Knight and they both were great) and they charge a reasonable fee. In fact, I had a sink problem that two other plumbers tried to fix and couldn't ...one of them even saying the whole sink had to be pulled out and replaced....,but RK Knight just fixed it. Most importantly they are polite to customers. We are sold and finally have a family plumber. more

I had a main that was very slow and my drains overflowed when we used the washer. A friend of my wife recomended RK Knight and they came by and gave us an estimate it sounded expensive so I called Mike Diamond who said they will fix any drain for $99 Well that's not true all the time if your clean out is not exterior of the house they won't do it and they don't go on roofs. So there estimate was a minimum of $2800. So I used RK and saved about $2400. I know I could have rented the snake from home depot and saved a few hundred but they were fast and convienent. Very curtious and nice people too more

I have used R.K. Knight several times over the last few years. The last time a couple of days ago. I had sewer line back up which caused water to come out from under a toilet because the wax seal was blown out. I called and they had aplumber at my house in about 30 minutes and solved the problem right away. Lou and his helper worke quickly and cleaned up in an exemplerymanner. The price was fair and the work was done in a very professionalmanner. I will use them for my next plumbing problem . I reccomend them toany one that asks for a referal. more

I have used RK Knight on several occasions and I have never had a problem with the work that they perform. The workers have arrived on time and have not left the house in a mess. Moreover, they are always polite and behave very professionally. I have had them install a shower faucet replacement, washer hoses, and clear out clogged drains. more
