RK Knight was called after my home Warranty Service failed to provide what i would say\r
adaquete Plumbing Services. I spoke to Ronnie on the phone and he was very informative and \r
explained everything to me. Ronnie called me back early to see if the plumbers could arrive \r
sooner which was great. Both Randy and Shawn were very pleasant and explained everything to me. They had to clear my main line sewer from the roof and from what i heard not many people do these. Upon completion of clearing the drain they put a camera down the drain and made sure everything was clear. One thing that really impressed me was when Randy entered the home he put on shoe covers for the bottom. I have never seen any service that came to my house ever do \r

that really impressed me. I will continue to use RK Knight for all my plumbing services.
