We have nothing but great things to say about RK Subaru! Ray Phifer and the rest of the RK team went above and beyond to give us an amazing car buying experience. Ray was extremely patient with us and answered every one of my million questions. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we met him and we never felt pressured to make any decisions. I had always heard that Subaru is known for their great customer service and RK Subaru definitely exemplifies that. I even got the "new car bow" and special moment that I had hoped for! I bought a Honda Accord at a mom and pop dealer, and I'm still having problems with it. I rented a Tahoe for a trip and I liked it so so much, I decided this is the car I wanted. So, I went to Rick Hendricks and they weren't even willing to talk to me. I know my credit score is low, but they had nothing to say. So, I came here. I was driving, going past the used car lot, and I saw this black Tahoe. I made a U-turn and drove into the used car lot. Andrea comes out and asked if he can hel. I told hin I just wanted to look at the Tahoe. He said if you need anything, I'm right here. I looked at the truck and then went in RK. He got the keys and we went for a test drive. Within 15 minutes, I told him I was buying the truck. He said I should take the Tahoe home for the weekend and enjoy it. He said he knew I wanted the truck and that I'd be back. And if I didn't want it on Monday, just bring it back and everything's cool. I was in shock. I kept thinking whats the catch. Is someone going to show up and take the car back? Your finance guy is from New York. He was very sincere and went over everything with me. I am truly blown away with you people. Everyone has been pleasant, trusting, caring. It is so wonderful that you care about what I'm going through with my mom, too. All of you guys, I'm really impressed by you. more

I drove by and saw the car that I wanted. I wasn't looking for that particular car, but was looking for something like it. I saw RK had used cars so I went and looked at what they had. And, that where I found my car. Turned out to be a fantastic experience. Dorinda was my sales person, she was fantastic. She was very helpful about everything. We worked out a good price and I could afford the payments. They took good care of me there and wanted to share my experience. more

The salesperson I used did a great job. I must say, this was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. I wouldn't say it was fun, exactly, but the salesperson was very pleasant to deal with. I had bought several cars from RK. It was a good experience. No surprises! My car is nice. more

It was a spur of the moment decision really. We were driving past the lot, so we drove in. We had been looking at a different dealer, we were looking for a Rio. Durinda was our salesperson and she was very nice and very knowledgeable. We signed a lot of papers, but everything went very well. We enjoy the car a lot and it's a nice car. I've seen commercials for RK on television and then when I drove by I saw the Suburban on the lot. I needed a bigger automobile. My sales agent was excellent, Jay. He was upfront and honest, down-to-earth. It didn't feel like he was just giving you a bunch of hype. Sure he was trying to sell the car, but you didn't feel it was being dishonest or pushy. I like it. It went very well. more
