I bought a Honda Accord at a mom and pop dealer, and I'm still having problems with it. I rented a Tahoe for a trip and I liked it so so much, I decided this is the car I wanted. So, I went to Rick Hendricks and they weren't even willing to talk to me. I know my credit score is low, but they had nothing to say. So, I came here. I was driving, going past the used car lot, and I saw this black Tahoe. I made a U-turn and drove into the used car lot. Andrea comes out and asked if he can hel. I told hin I just wanted to look at the Tahoe. He said if you need anything, I'm right here. I looked at the truck and then went in RK. He got the keys and we went for a test drive. Within 15 minutes, I told him I was buying the truck. He said I should take the Tahoe home for the weekend and enjoy it. He said he knew I wanted the truck and that I'd be back. And if I didn't want it on Monday, just bring it back and everything's cool. I was in shock. I kept thinking whats the catch. Is someone going to show up and take the car back? Your finance guy is from New York. He was very sincere and went over everything with me. I am truly blown away with you people. Everyone has been pleasant, trusting, caring. It is so wonderful that you care about what I'm going through with my mom, too. All of you guys, I'm really impressed by you.
