I had been shopping for a truck. I didn't know the salesman from Adam, but it was the salesman that made the sale. He took his time with me, he treated me seriously, talked about what I wanted to know. Most importantly, he didn't blow me off. I had been at some of the other dealerships and I felt like they didn't take me seriously. I came after work, in dirty work clothes. The salesman treated me like he'd treat someone in a suit with dollar bills in his hand. Lets see on a scale of one to ten, I'd give them a nine! I love my new Silverado. more

I Was Treated Good By Them 5/11/2012

I saw a commercial on TV and I followed up on the commercial and I went to RK. Then, I went a couple of other places, but they didn't even have prices on the windows. I didn't like the way they were doing business at the other dealerships, so I went back to RK. My salesperson was Woody, he was a very nice gentleman. He treated me good. There were no problems. We love our Malibu my wife drives it. I was treated good by them! I am trying to get my neighbor to go there when he is ready to buy. more

Everything Went Really Well 4/5/2012

I got an email about some events, some sales event, and that drew me in. I needed a different car and I drove past the lot several times and saw some interesting cars, so I decided to give it a go. I have a friend who works in the service shop, so he was looking out for me too. Dorinda did an awesome job. She hooked me up with a great car at a good price! I didn't feel that I was being hustled just to make a sale. She did all the leg work for me. Everything went really well. It was wonderful! more

Outstanding! 7/7/2011

It was outstanding. My son and I had an outstanding experience. We've been shopping there since I got my first new car when I was first transferred here down. That was 2001. We've been there ever since, as a family. I've dealt with Lynn since 2007. She is wonderful. She is the only one I talk to now. The car is a comfortable ride and is getting the mileage advertised. It's an automatic, so you lose a little gas mileage if it is not a manual. But for the size you can't complain. RK Chevrolet is outstanding. more

It Was Good And The Sales Lady Was Great 6/23/2011

RK Chevrolet was good. I drive by there all the time and I'm always looking to see what's on the lot. I saw the Impala and I was looking for a new car, so I went in. I liked the car from the beginning. The sales lady was great. She took the time to explain all about the car and to explain all about the warranty. She took her time and I appreciate that. The car is great and I like it! more

My saleswoman was a 10 out of 10.She was reliable, not pushy, she seemed to care about me, and she created a win-win situation. I was referred to RK Chevrolet by a girl I'm dating. She thinks I got a good car too. The car is great. And as gas prices go up, I'm liking the Cruze more and more each day. more

Honestly, they were the only car dealer that I would go out of my way to recommend to others. They tried to make everything work for us. It was all good. I love the car. It's good for my family. more
