DO NOT TRUST-HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES 3/28/2012

The owner of this company is a fraud. Signed a contract and called him back within one hour to cancel contract. He never responded but instead, despite our immediate request to cancel services, proceeded to install gutters on our home the following week, while knowing we were on vacation and unable to stop work. His contract is unconcionable and one-sided.\r \r His price was more than double any other estimate, even with his 40%-50% purported ""discount."" \r \r Upon looking at other reviews, his above mode of operation is par for course in his business. He is a slimy door to door salesman. BUYER BEWARE. We are filing with the BBB and a MN Atty General Consumer Complaint form more

we have done over 10,000 jobs and have 6 bad reviews most of the bad reviews are from people not wanting to pay or past workers who have been fired. more

Don't hire them - they are crooks! 9/2/2011

This guy came around and sold me on gutters for the front and back of my house only for $1998. I got laid off just a day or two after I signed the contract but BEFORE the workers came out. I put a stop pay on the check and called him immediately to cancel the order. He never responded. I came home and found the workers here getting ready to start. I called Navin again and he told me it was too bad. That he wouldn't stop the order and that I was going to have to pay for it all even if they didn't install the gutters...that he would take me to court and get the money even if the work wasn't done. I told him I'd lost my job and wouldn't be able to pay him. He didn't care. He wouldn't tell the workers to stop so they installed the gutters. I have been trying to pay him what I can but he continues to harass me- even stopping by my house. He is only out to take people for everything that they have even when it's un-fair. more

Very Odd Business Practices 5/22/2011

The owner of this company was untrustworthy he charged my credit card twice for the initial deposit resulting in over limit charges etc and refused to address the issue after numerous calls to his company. He also offered to sell my husband some odd items not related to gutters. I would not be comfortable alone with him. Very strange we would not recommend to friends or family. more
