Review content:
This guy came around and sold me on gutters for the front and back of my house only for $1998. I got laid off just a day or two after I signed the contract but BEFORE the workers came out. I put a stop pay on the check and called him immediately to cancel the order. He never responded. I came home and found the workers here getting ready to start. I called Navin again and he told me it was too bad. That he wouldn't stop the order and that I was going to have to pay for it all even if they didn't install the gutters...that he would take me to court and get the money even if the work wasn't done. I told him I'd lost my job and wouldn't be able to pay him. He didn't care. He wouldn't tell the workers to stop so they installed the gutters. I have been trying to pay him what I can but he continues to harass me- even stopping by my house. He is only out to take people for everything that they have even when it's un-fair.
