Best

I recently purchased a new Mazda 3 from Quirk Mazda. It was my third dealership visiting that week, so I was prepared for the worst. However, buying this car was actually fun! Sea...

Worst

Bottom line, Quirk Mazda provides great prices up front and by email. There is no negotiating (in my case), and I mean none. Take it or leave it. However, the attitude of the ...

great service 7/8/2010

I like bringing in my car for service, Mike always knows me and talks with me. I feel very comfortable with everyone in sevice, Jeff and Norman to. It makes going to the dealer for work a less stressfull. Thanks guys!!! Pros: they always know me more

Great Service Department 6/2/2010

It always sucks when you have to get your car serviced but these guys make it as painless as possible. They are friendly, professional, fair and do great work. Can't ask for much more that that. Pros: Friendly Professional Good Work more

these guys are cool! 5/18/2010

these guys had the lowest price and i got dozens of quotes. they also would negotiate via email, which a few dealers i spoke to wouldnt even do (for those guys it was 'come in or i cant waste my time'). Dennis emailed back and forth with me for a few weeks and ended up giving me the lowest price i could get. I can in and did the actual purchase with John B., who was a super cool guy, and he actually went to the trouble of getting an autograph from a famous friend of his for me. everyone at Quirk was nice, and the was no pressure what so ever. i have no complaints! Pros: no hassle, and they use email! Cons: the price could always be better more

Quirk Mazda Greatr 5/16/2010

I just bought a 2010 Mazada CX 7 and am very happy with my purchase! Dennis Wekheiser (sales manager) was very helpful in finding me what fit my needs and price range! I did not feel pushed into purchasing anything, I was very comfortable! I had had bad experiences in the past with different dealerships! I would come back anytime!!! Pros: friendly, helpful more

Try another dealer 2/15/2009

Terrible experience. I attemted to explain what I was looking for over the phone but was rushed off and asked to come in. I was looking for a ""leftover"" 2008 which would work well in my price range. Their web site advertised that they had many in stock. When I got there (24 hours later) there was one left and it was in the process of being sold...even though there was only one other customer. Maybe he was buying all of the remaining? Anyway...long story short, the sales person, Frank, was fine..friendly and seemingly down to earth, the finance manager was another story. Arrogant, rude, condescending and insulting..all in a matter of under 4 minutes. Excessive intimidation factor. I walked out. more

Grade AAA buying experience 10/2/2008

I bought a leftover 2008 Mazda 3 from Quirk Mazda in Quincy a few weeks ago. This car is sporty and comfortable too. Superb service from beginning to end. I got a price that was very fair. Even though I'd bought cars from Quirk before I still checked a few other dealers' prices to keep them honest. One place quoted me the same price and two others were around $500 higher. I would also like to recommend my salesman Matt Hesller. This guy was sharp as a tack. I told him I was a history professor and we had a great chat while I was waiting for my car to be ready. I jokingly told him that he could come an guest lecture anytime, but I was only half joking! It was fun Quirk, thank you! more

awesome sales staff! 7/31/2008

we went to quirk mazda to look at a new mazda 3. we were greeted my a friendly young salesman who was great in showing my wife and I the car and making the sales process very easy. he didnt even ask us once if we were going to buy the car that day which i actually thought was strange. he impressed me so much wit his kindness and product knowledge that i could not resist buying the vehicle that day. Anyone looking for a mazda go in and talk to Ledion he is a very hard working and proffesional young salesman. I would recccomend this place to anyone and trust us talk to Ledion he will make your buying process a very easy smooth transaction with no pressure!! Pros: sales staff!! my salesman in particular Cons: only 42 inch tv in waiting area haha more

WORST DEALERSHIP AND SALES PEOPLE EVER!! DO NOT RECOMMEND 12/2/2007

We went down to buy a new Mazda and wound up being interested in a used Mercedes. First off, we knew more about the Mazda products then the salesperson, Quoted a price and were going to buy when all of the sudden a very rude salesperson came over and told us, the price was the price take it or leave it, they would not negotiate a deal. He was so rude and obnoxious. We should have walked out then. After he, the salesman and Mgr. then had a big fight. The mgr. came over to apologize for this rude man. We said ok, came back the next day to buy after being told we could make a deal, (there was over 4,000 dollars damage to the used car right off the bat), next day came back with check book and another Mgr. said ""Sorry we can't sell to you today, your price is way too low!"" Our price, we were quoted what was on the car. He said on no, that car was over 4,000 higher. Two letters describe this place and Mgr. ""BS!"" He totally screwed himself. We have never been spoken too or had someone be so RUDE, but it was there loss not ours, Just bought a gorgeous mercedes on EBAY! try it, second mercedes bought on ebay, love the car and no rude sales people to deal with. Now I know why there wasn't one person in Mazda buying a car. And, the salesperson we had told us ""Hey, they just tried ripping off the old lady!"" pretty sad, that the sales person (only worked there for a couple of months) admitted they are the Biggest Rip OFF!!! Cons: RUDE SALES PEOPLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE, OUT TO SCREW U more

rude & arrogant, only allowing test drive if car bought same day 7/22/2007

I walked into Quirk Mazda's lot today, knowing exactly what I wanted: 2007 Mazda MAZDA3 s Sport 4dr Wagon (2.3L 4cyl 5M) in a dark color. I was approached by a Salesman who did not introduce himself to us. The first question was if we were looking to buy today, upon which I said it depended on whether or not they had what I wanted. I was then questioned why I want a Manual transmission. I was then asked why I want the hatchback and not the sedan. Pros: close to boston Cons: horrible customer service more

BAIT AND SWITCH 6/30/2007

What a horrible experience we had at Quirk Mazda in Quincy MA, I went with my girlfriend to help her buy a new Mazda. We were quoted a great price on the phone and we thought we were getting a great deal because it was the last day of the month. So we went in to buy the car spending two and a half hours test riding and filling out paper work. Everybody seemed polite and friendly as was the young salesman, except his personal story kept changing, about what he drove and where he came from. Everything was going smoothly up until the last moment, everything was done; credit check, throw in the floor mats shook hands with the sales manager etc. Pros: Inventory seems large Cons: The sales team and manager are deceptive. more

Shocking old school tactics and zooming arrogance 5/6/2007

My wife and I got my sister-in-law to babysit the kids so we could go visit two dealerships to settle on a new car purchase. We came in to Quirk Mazda to view and possibly buy the CX9. The sales guy who accosted us wanted us to sit down and answer myriad questions before we could even look at the car in the showroom. After 5 minutes he had us sitting down, and he insisted we answer all his questions, including ""What are the chances of you buying a vehicle from me today?"", and detailed questions on trade in and what other cars we were looking at. He stated, ""That's the way we do business here, before we spend time with a customer."" This was a Thursday morning and no customers other than my wife and I were present. Why the hard sell? I should have walked then, but instead I relented and gave him the information. When I told him the *one* other vehicle we were considering, he scoffed, got up, went to the manager's desk and back, then insisted that we first go to the other dealer before he spends any time with us, because ""that's the way we do business here."" Having come from the manager's desk, he was either told to do this or it simply was his gambit. We'll never know. We got up to leave, and I tossed the brochure on the conference table and it slid a little further than I intended, almost sliding off the table. He berated me for throwing the brochure at *him*. When I explained, he said ""Yeah right"", and I asked him to stop being a j*rk. He then said, ""That's Mister J*rk to you."" Indeed. Capital M. Capital J. Needless to say, we can not comment on anything else-- never got the attention and respect we deserved. Pros: Close to home Cons: Rude, arrogant sales staff. Buy now or get out sales tactic more
