Prompt arrival and service tech was knowledgeable and friendly. He was very professional and did the inspection in a timely manner.

Worst

The service was OK, but the time between routine maintenance and total breakdown was suspicious. The unit was still in warranty, however the company spent days trying to determine...

Brand new units not working as expected 2/8/2016

Last summer we purchased 2 brand new HVAC units. Our units were old and one went out in June, the other in July. The upstairs unit has been functioning as expected but the downstairs unit has never functioned accurately. It is impossible to get to a comfortable temperature in our downstairs with this new unit. That was never a problem before with our older unit. more

Replaced AC Duct work, installed dehumidifier , duct cleaning 2/4/2016

We worked with Quigley for several weeks to get duct work replaced, cleaned and a new dehumidifier . They were professional , timely and fair in all areas. We would use them again and would strongly recommend their service to others. more

Generally, I am pleased. Very impressed with my original service tech.(told no longer with company).Had one once who tried to sell me on 3 other devices to add to my system. THIS TURNS ME OFF! I am paying for a service, not a excuse for a salesman to come into my house more

Very pleased with service 1/20/2016

Jeremy arrived on time and proceeded to inspect my AC/heating unit and replace the filter. I asked him if he would reprogram my thermostat, and he did so. I appreciated that he was friendly and confident. There is no reason that I would not recommend him to others; he represented Quigley well. I don't know if this is important, but he didn't check the outside condenser. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service. more

The concerned care they gave in installing, checking, and rechecking our new Trane ac/heating system was the most complete service we have had from any former companies we have dealt with. We were 100% satisfied with our experience with this Company. more
