Prompt arrival and service tech was knowledgeable and friendly. He was very professional and did the inspection in a timely manner.

The service was OK, but the time between routine maintenance and total breakdown was suspicious. The unit was still in warranty, however the company spent days trying to determine...

Except for parts prices. Think there should be a discount for customers that have a contract have have been a loyal customer for years. But they do what they promise, they are there when you need them. Professional, kind and respectful. And they know what they are doing. more

Brand new unit has never worked and Quigley cannot fix 5/10/2016

We spent quite a bit of money on two new units within the past 12 months and one of the units (downstairs) unit has never worked well. We have not been able to find a comfortable setting downstairs and have been most disappointed with what we were sold. more

From initial installation of my new system to all my periodic checkups, I have always been pleased with the expert care my system gets and the courtesy with which I am treated. What more can you ask for? Great folks. more

Ray was on time and did an excellent job as always. He was conscientious about our carpet and made sure the work area was clean when he left the job site. We can always depend on Ray doing a thorough assessment of our systems and making suggestions to circumvent a problem. We would like to request that Ray R. always be our service technician on all future maintenance needs. more

Quigley has been in business in Dallas for three, maybe four generations. That alone speaks for itself. They are honest, dependable, experienced. Their prices are fair and they stand behind their work. I will use no other. more
