Aanything to make YOU happy 11/17/2010

John Fischer was awesome!! He went way out of his way to help me. My credit is way less then perfect, he hooked me up with a program that could help me out. When he showed me the cars that he could do for me they didn't really jump out at me. I told him that I would think about it and get back to him. I called him like a week later about a car that was real cheap. John went out of his way to call me a couple days later about some more cars that he thought I would like, this led me to check the website again to look at a Ford Focus that he had told me about. I didn't like it but the one right below it WOW. John led me to the car that I have now. He is wonderful and will do anything to make YOU happy. I will recommend him to everyone I know. This guy rocks more

They were incredible with me, def a positive experience 11/9/2010

I was very pleased with the service we recieved from Paul, The only part I was dissapointed with was the accident which happened with my truck which was not Paul's fault, but it was made up in a fair and fast way. Paul was very friendly and very easy to work with, a great price on this awesome pickup was also another huge bonus. Paul returned any missed calls in a timely manor and replied to any emails I sent. Even after the sale was made he still made sure I had everything I needed. I was very impressed with Spradley Barr Ford as they treated me like a normal person and also as a friend, I will recommend anyone I come across to them and will also return for any other buissness I may need in the future. more

Internet sales is the way to go. 11/5/2010

Sam was very helpful and friendly. I filled out the online credit aplication and within an hour He had called and wanted to know what vehicle I wanted. He went to the Credit department told him what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay then called back with the good news. I went down and after an hour at the dealership I was driving away in my new car. more

John Fischer at Spradley Barr in Fort Collins, CO was great to work with. Was very patient in helping us find the right car for us and drove us to other Spradley Barr lots to look at more inventory. It was the best car buying experience my husband and I have had to date!! more

My wife and I purchased two 2010 cars from John and we are still amazed how hassle-free and non-pressured the transactions were. John answered every question we had and gave us above Kelley Blue Book values on our trade-in while lowering the listed price on the cars. We also received a great interest rate on our loans. more

John did a great job. He knocked himself out and was friendly and courteous. He even had somebody picked me up in Estes when I couldn't get a ride down. I am very pleased with my experience.I am concerned that the new cars are so technical you must buy a warranty . I am not sure high tech and cars go together. I also hope John will be able to fix the broken latch on the hatchback as I bought the car in what I thought was in working condition. I realize the broken latch could be overlooked easily. I will work with John from now on and let my friends know about him. more

I had been looking for a truck for about 2 years off and on. I finally got to the point where i could afford one, but I could not find what I was looking for. I attended Cars.com one evening and found a truck at SpradleyBarr Ford that was exactly what I was looking for and a great price too. I emailed about the truck and Paul got back to me the next day. we schedule a test drive. I love it. I was in and out in 2 hours with my dream truck. Thanks!!!! more

Most Pleasent Car Buying Experiences 10/7/2010

One of the more pleasant car buying experiences I have had. John was a professional and made my wife and I feel welcomed.He was interested in serving our needs. He spent extra time in the deciding process to make sure it was the vehicle we wanted and followed through after the paper work was signed. We are impressed with your dealership.This will be my 16th new Ford product and we will return to Spradley for the next one. more

Absolutely recomend Spradley Barr Ford 10/5/2010

I had visited several dealerships and shopped at more all over Colorado through the internet, and I got by far and away the best deal at Spradley. I knew what I wanted and for how much, including the value on my trade-in, and I was able to negotiate the parameters of a deal before I stepped in which made for a smooth transaction. I wasn't a big fan of buying cars, but this was a pleasure and John was great to work with. Napoleon in their finance department was also very knowledgeable and personable, and was able to beat my credit union's rate and provide a more comprehensive warranty. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone needing a new or used car more

Paul Was great.He showed us what they had on the lot. I really liked the mazda3. But they did'nt have the color I wanted. He got on the phone and found one. they sent someone to get it and we had it within a couple of hours. It was cleaned and filled with fuel. Then I was on my way! more

I was so pleased with Spradley Barr Ford 9/28/2010

I drove by Spradley Barr and noticed the prettiest Mustang GT on the lot. I have always wanted one so I finally stopped in to go for a test drive. Alex was great as far as his knowledge of all of the technical aspects of the car as well as all of the different options that came with the car. I didn't buy it on the first drive, but he wasn't pushy about me buying the car. I did go up about six weeks later for another test drive and decided to buy it. I didn't feel pressured at all, and Napoleon Gibson who works in the finance department was also great to me...I don't need another new car for a long time, but I would for sure go back to the guys at Spradley. more

Thank you very much for your wonderful help during the purchase of my Ford F-150 FX4. I believe that Sam and Alex went out of their way to ensure that I was able to find the perfect truck and was satisfied with the service given to me. I will recommend Spradley Barr to anyone looking for a Ford or any other vehichle for that matter. Additionally Scott in finance was a tremendous help and took as much time as we needed to makde decisons. Last but certainly not least the service department was great when it came time to put in the bedliner and clear front mask on the truck. more
