John did a great job. He knocked himself out and was friendly and courteous. He even had somebody picked me up in Estes when I couldn't get a ride down. I am very pleased with my experience.I am concerned that the new cars are so technical you must buy a warranty . I am not sure high tech and cars go together. I also hope John will be able to fix the broken latch on the hatchback as I bought the car in what I thought was in working condition. I realize the broken latch could be overlooked easily. I will work with John from now on and let my friends know about him if I get my latch fixed and another key.
