I am not usually somebody who writes a review unless the service is amazing.... and I can honestly say that it was! I went to this dealer just to test drive a Mustang that another dealer in town wouldn't let me drive (O'Meara btw) and I was impressed. Nobody tried to push me into buying a car! I went for a drive and loved it - so I bought it! great job!! more

A ffriend of mine took his truck in because heater wasn't working. The same day they called him, told him he needed new hoses an over flow bottle charged him over 800.00. Same day he got it back. Took it back the same day because the problem wasn't fixed. They keep it over night. When he was called the next day to pick it up, he went & there was no gas in the truck (deisel) they were made to replace the gas but now he is having problems with the fuel system that they want to charge an arm & a leg to fix. Keep in mind the truck had no fuel issues before dropping it off at the shop. SO DO THEY REALLY KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING OVER THERE? more

DO NOT TAKE TRUCK IN TO MIKE NAUGHTON 2/3/2011

I had my 2009 truck towed to Mike Naughton. My truck is still under warranty. They charged me $200.00 for a diagnostic test and than said it was the fuel. Why have a warranty if all dealers do not honor it. It took it to the Ford dealer in Dacno and I only had to pay for a filter. I think this is how they mahke money and it is a complete rip off. I checked with other Ford dealers and they agree that we should not have been charged. Your managers in thr service department are thr rudest people I know. I think they beleive that they are right and no one else is. NEVER EVER DEAL WITH MIKE NAUGHTON more

DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR FORD TO MIKE NAUGHTON 4/30/2010

Do NOT ever take your Ford to them for Service. I have a 2001 Ford F250 Super Duty and took it to them to diagnose, that's all. The truck was running pretty rough, and I knew something was wrong. However, it was running well enough that I put over 1000 miles on it the two weeks prior to that, a lot of it highway miles. I have never ever had a problem starting it. I took it to Dan Gotta, explained to him that I want a diagnostic on the engine and to check the front end alignment and a few other things. So I get a call back from Dan a day later, and he tells me my Cam is busted and I need a new engine at a price of $5000. Thinking these guys are out of their mind, I go pickup my truck, and lo and behold, it wont run AT ALL. I cannot start it at all. They offer to help me push it to the parking lot. I inquire with the Master Technician Mike to see what he did to it, and he says it cannot be fixed, it needs a new engine. As he walks away, he makes me an offer to BUY my truck from me! Can you believe this crap? I ask Dan, who watched me drive it in with no problems, and then drove it to the back service station, what happened to my truck? He says, "Budy, I told you, you need a new engine! You barely drove it in here!" This is unbelievable to me! I have a non-drivable truck sitting in my driveway because I took it to Mike Naughton Ford to get it DIAGNOSED! DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR FORD TO MIKE NAUGHTON SERVICE CENTERS! They are rip off artists!! Pros: Nice Facilities Cons: Rip-Off Artists! more

Service Department Rip Off 3/29/2010

I own a 1997 F250 Powerstroke and I will never have Mike Naughton service my vehicle again! A few months ago, my truck started smoking excessively and I took it into Mike Naughton for service for the second time - first time, service and repair was marginal and I was willing to give them a second chance. Now, anyone who owns a diesel knows to plug them in on cold nights to keep the engine somewhat warm and thus easier to start in the morning, otherwise it is possible to foul glow plugs and make it almost impossible to start. So, I DRIVE my F250 into Mike Naughton mid day in December for service and left it overnight - over night temps were 2 degrees below zero and my truck was left outside and unplugged. The tech went out to start my truck and bring it in for service and that is where the sh*t started. I receive a call from my ""personal"" service agent about noonish with a ""I got bad news"" report. I was told that my truck won't start, the batteries are shot, and the starter was bad - now remember, I drove this truck into Mike Naughton without any issues related to the batteries or the starter. When I asked how this happened, I was told the batteries were old and weak. I installed these 1100 CCA batteries 2.5 years ago and I even wired in a trickle charger to the block heater to ensure batteries are always charged. Next, I was told the starter was getting hot while cranking and was drawing too many amps - wonder why the starter was working so hard? I ask about the additional repair costs and was told I would need to pay an additional ""ESTIMATED"" $1400 just to have my original problem diagnosed. After the shock wore off and I explained how the situation was impossible, Mike Naughton service rep said there was nothing they could do and it wasn't their fault. I informed them that I want the truck running as I was coming in to get it. My ""personal"" service rep informed me that the batteries wouldn't hold a charge and I agreed to purchase new batteries which ended up costing me $500. I picked up the truck and drove to a reputable diesel repair shop for service (about 4 times farther form my house than Mike Naughton, but I would have easily driven 40 times further in order NOT to shop at Mike Naughton! After having an injector replaced, I was told there wasn't anything wrong with either the starter or the charging system. A caveat to this story is that I used to owned a 4WD accessories and fabrication shop and I know how to work on and repair diesels and I recognize shops ripping people off. I inform everyone one I know of Mike Naughton and I am posting to warn others now Cons: Performing uncessary repairs more

Ripped off. 2/19/2009

I bought a used car from them, and later found out that the air conditioning doesn't work and the transmission was slipping. Less than 6 months after buying the car, I found an oil leak. I took it to my mechanic for other problems, and spent $1000 on it, part of which was to replace THREE BROKEN ENGINE MOUNTS. Now, the oil leak is worse and I suspect it will be a head gasket which is going to be VERY EXPENSIVE. I called the sales manager, Gary Sprague, and he said they inspect all their cars. I don't know if he is lying or what, or maybe they only inspect it to make sure it is a car. How did they miss broken engine mounts, oil leaks, A/C that doesn't work, and a slipping transmission? Anyway, when I told him what I paid for it, he said "it must be a nice car"? Wow, piles of junk are nice cars to Mike Naughton? To top it off, when I asked if they warranty any of their cars he said no, and that he didn't know what to tell me. I have learned my lesson. NEVER EVER trust a dealership to sell you a decent car, and don't expect them to take care of you when they've sold a pile of junk. Mike Naughton Ford sold me a piece of junk and now I'm stuck with it. I will never buy from them again. Cons: Typical used car sales people, and junk cars. more
