I had my 2009 truck towed to Mike Naughton. My truck is still under warranty. They charged me $200.00 for a diagnostic test and than said it was the fuel. Why have a warranty if all dealers do not honor it. It took it to the Ford dealer in Dacno and I only had to pay for a filter. I think this is how they mahke money and it is a complete rip off. I checked with other Ford dealers and they agree that we should not have been charged. Your managers in thr service department are thr rudest people I know. I think they beleive that they are right and no one else is. NEVER EVER DEAL WITH MIKE NAUGHTON
