Review content:
First of all, I was reading the reviews of the past people and the service department isn't that bad. I can't understand how you could forget about a bad experience with a business and then buy from them again in a year. There would have to be some sort of positive reason for that person to buy another car from them. And I don't see what is so bad about ford. if you are going to bash it at least have something to back it up. Personally I didn't have any problems with them. The car was the least expensive there than anywhere else. The salesman was an absolute idiot , however the rest of the staff was great. the service department was decent but they wanted us to leave our car there for a week. We live about 2 hours away and it isn't practical to leave it for a week. Other than that they have been great. The prices are high but that is expected because it is a dealer.
