I've had my glasses broken on two occasions. Both times, they looked like lost causes. In both cases, I brought them to Quick Fix Eyeglass Repair. Stem snapped off my glasses but I did not want to purchase new frames so I did an internet search. The glowing reviews prompted me to drive up to Quick Fix Eyeglass Repair in Laurel today where I found a very personable owner willing to replace both stems for a very reasonable fee....in 10 minutes! I was ecstatic... great service at this store so it's on my short list. more

I had been driving by this shop for many, many months. When I had a desperate issue with my glasses and no one would help, they did. I have sense broken them a couple of times and on each occasion, he has repaired them again and at no charge. He was even able to help once by using an unusual glass style and retrofitting them to a pair of used frames. This saved my almost $200. I was just there today after rolling on my glasses and breaking the rimless wire that held the lenses. Again, fixed it while I waited. I cannot say more about his professionalism. more

I've been going to Quick Fix for years and they have never let me down. I have 4 young children-ALL with glasses. So unfortunately I am in there rather frequently. It all started when Raven my overly excitable 3 year old rotti jumped on me after being gone on a two week business trip doing irrevocable damage to my five hudred dollar glasses.Being terribly distraut and unable to see I immediately ran to my optician and explaining my situation he handed me a card that simply said Quick Fix and he said that they were the best in town . So i headed down to laurel and walked into there small shop and was greeted pleasantly by a nice young man who then looked at my glasses and told me we can have these glasses fixed in about 15 minutes.As you can imagine I was ecstatic as well as relieved that someone could actually fix my glasses!He did do a great job and his price was very reasonable ,later that night I showed the repair to my wife and she could not even tell where the repair had taken place! i am a very angry customer. i was referred to quick fix in rockville, md by a local optical store while i was in town visiting my sister. quick fi took in my beautiful gold frame and gave me back a frame that now looks like a rusty nail. their repair lasted about thity minutes. i went back for a refund and was told my the manager that i could not get my money back. so much for good ol customer service. i will now contact better business bureau to try to make this right Pros: no pros Cons: all cons more

I went to in to get my glasses fixed and they have great customer service on top of that the price to fix my glasses was good considering I would have to buy new glasses for triple that and they had them fixed in less than a hour. I am a very happy customer! more
