i am a very angry customer. i was referred to quick fix in rockville, md by a local optical store while i was in town visiting my sister. quick fi took in my beautiful gold frame and gave me back a frame that now looks like a rusty nail. their repair lasted about thity minutes. i went back for a refund and was told my the manager that i could not get my money back. so much for good ol customer service. i will now contact better business bureau to try to make this right
