Quality Inn & Suites South Bend Airport

Howard Morgan of Niagara University Alumni Engagement booked the Quality Inn and Suites through Ron, their Sales Manager for our Niagara University-Notre Dame hockey game and campus tour over this weekend.\r \r Was very impressed with all aspects of the Hotel, which offers a very good value for the money. A king bedded room (208) near the elevator was spotless, comfortable, and had refrigerator, microwave, and a comfortable bed and sofa as well.\r \r Group check-in was very efficient in that I was the first person to check-in to the Hotel from the Niagara University group. The continental breakfast offers a very wide selection of entrees and items and the staff there and throughout the Hotel was very friendly and efficient. Housekeeping had the room clean and ready upon arrival at 3:30 p.m.\r \r Absolutely had no issues with this stay at all and the rate was very attractive for the range of services featured. Would stay here again without question and thank Ron in Sales for all of his assistance with our group booking. more

The staff was immensely helpful during a snowstorm. The Firefighters Lodge across the street has excellent food and service at very reasonable prices. more

We stayed here for one night and the bed was the best part. Super clean and comfortable. The only downside was the staff was not that friendly but I think it was because she was overworked between managing the front desk and doing the mountains of laundry in the back. more

Stayed one night while passing through South Bend. The hotel was easy to find and I was quickly checked in and given a good room on the third floor. The room was next to the elevator which caused me some concern but I soon discovered to my surprise that I heard nothing from the elevator at all. The room was well-equipped and clean and comfortable. I had some difficulty in going to sleep as parties with children were on the same floor and the children were allowed to play noisily in the hallway until a late hour, after which the parents held loud conversations. This was not the fault of the hotel staff who I assume could hear nothing of the noise; I am sure that had I complained the matter would have been dealt with.\r For dinner I failed to find a nearby restaurant but the hotel receptionist told me of a very good one which I had overlooked and the help was much appreciated,\r In the morning a good breakfast was provided. more

Was on a business trip but has a good fitness center and pool. breakfast had different items. rooms were clean and beds comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others. more

We had a good experience with this hotel. Friendly staff, good breakfast in adequate size breakfast room, and comfortable bed in hotel room with decent amenities including fridge/microwave built in. Hubby had lost his razor on our road trip, and the front desk staff person was more than accommodating in giving him a razor and offering up many more items than needed! The location near the airport wasn't the most attractive, but Lincoln Way West provides an easy access route to downtown South Bend and back out to the ring road. The only downside to this hotel is the popularity with visiting youth sports teams, and that's a downside to the other hotel guests, not to the teams or to the hotel management. more

The room was clean, newly-decorated, and well-kept. No issues to report, and the price was better than most in the South Bend area. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. A great place to stay for the money. Recommended. more

We stayed here during visit friend at Notre dame university. It's short drive from university. Staff was friendly and helpful with directions and attractions in town. Hotel room was modern with strong wifi. Enjoyed breakfast..good variety..fruits,protein..I would highly recommend this hotel. more

This hotel is conveniently located next to the airport and on the main road that traverses the city .\r The accommodations are excellent and very cozy and it has an indoor Gym and pool and provides breakfast.\r The staff is very friendly and cordial and willing to help you in any way.\r Overall the hotel is extremely well maintained and spotless and a good value for the money\r I would stay here again. more

Due to changes in our flight, We stayed at quality inn suites,south bend. I was impressed..remodeled rooms,delicious breakfast, Fitness room and warm pool. The staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. more

We were there for wedding, able to check in early on request, Hotel equiped with all amenities like wifi, fridge And microwave, flat screen tv, hot breakfast, night time was quite and we had very good night sleep, i will recomand this hotel, i will stay here again n again. more
