Howard Morgan of Niagara University Alumni Engagement booked the Quality Inn and Suites through Ron, their Sales Manager for our Niagara University-Notre Dame hockey game and campus tour over this weekend.\r

Was very impressed with all aspects of the Hotel, which offers a very good value for the money. A king bedded room (208) near the elevator was spotless, comfortable, and had refrigerator, microwave, and a comfortable bed and sofa as well.\r

Group check-in was very efficient in that I was the first person to check-in to the Hotel from the Niagara University group. The continental breakfast offers a very wide selection of entrees and items and the staff there and throughout the Hotel was very friendly and efficient. Housekeeping had the room clean and ready upon arrival at 3:30 p.m.\r

Absolutely had no issues with this stay at all and the rate was very attractive for the range of services featured. Would stay here again without question and thank Ron in Sales for all of his assistance with our group booking.
