In the past, I have run into dealers and manufacturers who seemed to hate warranty work for getting in the way of their "real" work. This experience was refreshingly different. 1. Customer Service (Carla) kept us informed as to status of the work, and made sure our rental experience was satisfactory. 2. Service Department (George?) kept at the job until the problem was found and fixed. 3. Hyundai Warranty policy is fantastic. more

30,000 Mile Service 5/28/2015

Had my 2013 Elantra in for it's 30K service. The service department had reserved a rental car from Enterprise for me.. The rental car was perfect. When I picked up my car the Charges are exactly what they quoted. No hidden fees.. They even washed my car. Please keep up the Great service. more

Excellent service Knowledgeable staff 5/25/2015

Easy to schedule my service online and was immediately waited on by staff person Carla who explained what additional service was required. Work was completed quickly. Waiting room and restrooms were extremely clean. Complimentary coffee and internet provided as well. more
