In the past, I have run into dealers and manufacturers who seemed to hate warranty work for getting in the way of their "real" work. This experience was refreshingly different. 1. Customer Service (Carla) kept us informed as to status of the work, and made sure our rental experience was satisfactory. 2. Service Department (George?) kept at the job until the problem was found and fixed. 3. Hyundai Warranty policy is fantastic. more
