The staff oil care of Ginger, told me what was wrong and explained the treatment and the medication. They were very helpful.

We've been coming to Dr. Ford since our first dog almost 30 years ago. We've followed her wherever she's practiced through the years and now at her own beautiful clinic. Dr. Ford is a warm and caring person and so is her complete staff. All my experiences have been positive and professional, even in the worst situations. \r \r We showed and bred dogs over the years, they aren't just pets they're part of us... I wouldn't have followed Dr. Ford for all these years if I didn't have respect for her opinion and trust she'll do whatever needs to be done. If there's a problem she explains why the problem is happening and gives options for treatments. She keeps up on the latest information and is always willing to share what's she learned.\r \r I would strongly recommend Quail Pointe Veterinary Hospital. more

First visit. Nice clean roomy entrance. Immediately was processed in and taken to an examinination room. The veterinarian was very kind, gentle, funny, and thorough. She was patient and answered all our questions. It was a great experience. Altough we were there for an annual exam, there was another family there in tears with their animal. The staff was very caring and quickly took them to an area where they could deal privately with their pup and their emotions. We will be going back. more

We always have a positive experience at Quail Pointe! One of our babies is going through the early stages of kidney failure & we started taking him for sub-q fluids once a week... Everyone there has helped make the process so much more comfortable. Thank you!! more

I wouldn't trust anyone else with my family members, because my dogs are my family. I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Ford for years; she not only has the knowledge and skill to diagnose whatever issues my dogs may be having but is so nice that my dogs don't fight me when we go to the vet. I love that Dr. Ford gives you all the options available for treatment and then lets you chose which path you want to take. Quail Point sells a variety of products and while they may be a little more expensive I find that the quality is so much higher that my dogs never get sick from their food or treats. more

My pets have always received great care. They are always seen quickly . Dr.Ford and her staff care about our pets . They are friendly and knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable. I love these these people and trust them with all my pets. more

Our poor little pup started having seizures, which scared the HECK out of us, but Dr Ford & her crew went immediately to work on her & before we knew it she was ready to go home with all the necessary info & medication to help her. more
