Quail Pointe Veterinary Hospital

I wouldn’t go to any other vet hospital, I drive out of my way just to take my pets here more

Wow! I just read the other review and I think they may be talking about another hospital. I have had nothing but very positive experiences at Quail Pointe. Dr. Ford and her entire staff are warm, friendly, very helpful and funny. I have been to most animal hospitals in this area and have never felt so taken care of. My dog even likes going in the building. They are very busy, and I have had to wait up to 15 minutes to get into a room, but the receptionist always keeps people who are waiting entertained and posted as to what is going on and how much longer it may be. I do remember when the credit card machine was down, I too had my dog there being groomed, and I was told twice that I would need to pay by cash or check, I can't imagine they neglected to tell this other person 3 different times, and even if they did, ""stuff happens"" he should feel good knowing his dog was well taken care of, and they didn't let a business glitch interfere with that more

We had a slight emergency with out dog, his dewclaw split and we were seen immediately. The vet informed us of our options and we went to work on the problem. The only thing we were charged was a basic nail trim! more

Dr. Ford is awesome! she really cares about the animals!! She did everything for my dog including keeping somebody on staff he ended up passing but she called and updated us with everything she knew. The vet techs cried and shared their feelings with my kids. Thank you Dr. Ford for everything at Quail Pointe Vet Hospital! more

We have had at least one dog in our home for the last 20 years. We've been to several vets in the area. Some made us feel like they just wanted to add procedures to make more money, or like a factory. Quail Pointe feels like a trusted family doctor for my pets! They are very friendly and informative. They treated our new puppy like she was a princess. They are now our only vet, for years to come! more

I am always able to get into see the vets at Quail Pointe Vet Hospital when my other vet is full. They do a very thorough exam very quickly.\r My small Yorkie fell and hit her head on the cement, I rushed her there and they were able to treat her mild concusion right away and kept her there to be sure she was going to be alright.There prices are a bit higher but well worth the extra money. more

I felt like I was finally being listened to: My dog has been drinking a lot, urinating in the house, and seemed to pant all of the time. I had taken her to several different veterinarians in the area including one corporate clinic that claims to ""treat your pet like family"" I felt like all the other veterinarians were just skimming over my dog during the physical exam, and not really taking my concerns seriously. I was refered to Dr.Ford by my neighbor. I made an appointment and as soon as I walked into the hospital I was very impressed. The building is beautiful, and very clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgable, Dr.Ford is warm, funny, and seems to really enjoy her job. Dr.Ford listened to what I had to say, did a very thorough examination on my dog, discussed the exam with me and together we decided that bloodwork should be done on my dog. The next day, Dr.Ford called me at home to tell me that my dog has a serious condition that needed to be dealt with immediately. If my dog and myself had continued to be ignored, my dog probably wouldn't still be here. I'm so grateful to Dr.Ford and her staff who were so helpful to me. I've been to almost every vet in northern Utah over the past 3 years, and believe me, you won't have a better experience any place than at Quail Pointe Vet Hospital. more

We have been taking our animals there for several years. I am very pleased with the serve, the care, and concern my family has received there. Last year when my kitten, Toby, got into rat poison and fell very ill, you guys did everything you possibly could and saved him. I will always bring my beloved pets to Quail Point and will continue to refer friends and family there. more
