I called on a weeknight and was in touch with a service person within an hour. My furnace was fixed by 8:00 am the very next morning! Great job Pyro!!!

PURCHASED NEW FURNACE.. HOT WATER HEATER AND OVERFLOW PUMP OVER 6000.00 INVESTED. LATER CALLED FOR A SIMPLE FIX....HOLE BETWEEN DUCT WORK THAT LED TO A HOLE AND COULD BE SEEN BY L...

Have used Pyro for twenty years. The last two years Matt M. has serviced my heating equipment. He is exceptionally professional and personable. He is determined to check every detail and assure all is in working order. As well as alerting to any upcoming problems in the future. He answers any and all questions in a way I can understand (not overly techie). He is a pleasure to have in my home and a pleasure to do business with. Outstanding service 8/17/2015

I go to Pyro Heating for annual preventive maintenance on my furnace and AC equipment. They are very professional and their technicians have always been very experienced and perform the work thoroughly and efficiently. They show me if items need replacement and why, along with the cost of replacement. They also predict the remaining life of parts which are nearing the end of their life but do not need immediate replacement. I know what to expect and how much it will cost.. This annual maintenace service has extended the life of my systems and saved money in the long run. Pyro stands by their work and they know the importance of satisfied customers. more

Great experience, great company 1/21/2014

Great experience! My furnace went out this morning and of course it was 2 degrees outside. I called Pyro knowing they're a reputable company and within an hour of my call I had Rick Boitos (Service/Install Tech) at my door who quickly assessed the issue. My blower had gone out - which left me with a few decisions...do I fix the problem for a minimal cost or do I replace my 15 year old furnace. I asked to get a price on a new furnace and within 20 minutes I had the owner David Schmidt at my door. Dave went over all the options and clearly listened to my needs before presenting a solution. Dave was not 'pushy' and helped me weigh out my options. I chose to install a new furnace. Noon comes around and (2) professional installers arrived (Mike Vaccaro and Rusty Taylor) with all needed and they 'masked' off my floors to avoid a mess. Mike and Rusty were excellent and went above and beyond what they should. They stayed until 6:30 to make sure my family was warm. Highly recommend more

Furnace inspection 10/2/2013

The technician was Tom C. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. He explained everything he did, filled me in on the condition of my furnace, air conditioner, and water heater. He did NOT push anything, just made sure I had the information I needed! Above and beyond the call of duty, he tightened my front door knob and took out my trash! I did purchase a C O detector, which he installed for me. I was very satisfied with the service I received. more
