Review content:
The technician was Tom C. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. He explained everything he did, filled me in on the condition of my furnace, air conditioner, and water heater. He did NOT push anything, just made sure I had the information I needed! Above and beyond the call of duty, he tightened my front door knob and took out my trash! I did purchase a C O detector, which he installed for me. I was very satisfied with the service I received.
