Worst gym ever! Lockers are gross and smelly. The owner uses very shady billing and double charges people then doesn't give them refunds. While I was there, the music stopped playing so I went to the front to ask why. They said the owner didn't pay the ""Charte"" bill so they shut it off. Then they laughed because it turns out the owner doesn't pay a lot of his bills and owes a lot of people around town money. In fact they said the trash outside hasn't been picked up in a month because he owes them money. There are no windows in the place, it's dark and dungy. They have the ceiling fans on high all the time so it's drafty. Not a good thing when you are trying to workout. Way over priced! The owner wants you to sign a high enrollment fee, plus pay two months in advance pus you have to sign a year contract! So to join you need to pay close to $200 up front. You cannot freeze or cancel your membership without paying a penalty of $100 and then they don't even process it so you still get billed. Stay far far away! more

My fiance and I signed a year contract with push. After the year was up, we noticed that we were still being charged for services, even though we were no longer living in the area. We called right away, and thanks to Andrea, in less than two weeks the refunded money was posted to our account. Push was a great place to work out; friendly staff, clean, great classes, great equipment, and nice locker rooms. more

Ive been going to push for 5 yrs and the staff has always been friendly and helpful, the equipment is awesome and clean. I worked out at other clubs in the area and they were nice but just too small and had to wait for equipment. more

I've been going to Push for over a year now and have always found the staff almost overly helpful and attentive. I'm always promptly greeted and taken care from all the employees. The gym is not only clean but has all the newest machines. I was quite shocked to read these reviews because I have found this place to be far from what has been described on here. I think all the folks at push do such a lovely job, I know I will never wander from Push being my home gym. more

My friend and I became members at this gym in early November 2009 with the intent of being there for only 6 months. The gym assured us we'd have no problem cancelling our memberships at any time. My friend later moved from the area and thus became the first one to try and cancel his membership. Well they wanted to charge him roughly $100 for breaching his contract even though the contract clearly stated that he was on a monthly program. Push Fitness had already charged his credit card and it wasn't until multiple attempts over several weeks that they finally refunded the amount. I was a member of a gym before, I moved and canceled my membership. I had to close my checking account to stop them from debiting my account. I joined PUSh informing them that I would only be a seasonal member. I was offerd a seasonal contract. My wife and I have been charged for 3 months of inactivity while we were out of the country. We contacted the billig company and were told there was a small ""speed bump"" and that the accounts were taking longer than normal to update.We have since been charged another month's fees. I like the gym, but unless you can join without direct debit go somewhrere else. Pros: This is a very clean professional gym Cons: the outsourced biiling company are impossible to deal with. more
