My friend and I became members at this gym in early November 2009 with the intent of being there for only 6 months. The gym assured us we'd have no problem cancelling our memberships at any time. My friend later moved from the area and thus became the first one to try and cancel his membership. Well they wanted to charge him roughly $100 for breaching his contract even though the contract clearly stated that he was on a monthly program. Push Fitness had already charged his credit card and it wasn't until multiple attempts over several weeks that they finally refunded the amount.
