The doctors and the staff at Puri Pediatrics always put the well being of children first. My first visit, everyone has been attentive and considerate of my children's needs. Although the wait can be a little long sometimes, that's alright as I know they will be thorough with the patients. I am an extremely selective person and have never found Puri Pediatrics to be lacking. I would recommend this pediatric office to all my friends and family. I have 2 kids and I bring both of them to Dr. Puri's Clinic. Dr. Puri as well as his staff is very caring and attends them with love and affection. Dr. Veena Puri helped me with breastfeeding for my younger one and spends hours until I was comfortable feeding him. I wish I had similar care during my older kid's time. I wish there are more stars. We all expect support when our kid is sick. Specially from his doctor. Because she/he is the only one knows exactly what is going on, what to expect. We get confused even with what kind of dosage of the medicine we need to give, how frequently and everything. When you have the doctor who can provide all this along with proven knowledge and been practicing for many years, what else you want? We got everything I mentioned above from Dr. Veena Puri, Everyone becomes weak when our kids are sick and we loose our judgment skills and our thinking ability slows down. I called the Oncall doctor at middle of the night and I got the call back right away. It was Dr. Veena Puri. I was so happy that was herself calling directly, as i am so comfortable talking her and bother her with too many questions (please read my previous review) and she explained me everything so patiently, though I was asking the same questions repeatedly to make sure that I am doing things correctly. At the end I was so clear about what to do, what to expect and we were able to take care of our son very well. Next day, we got a call from the office to make sure he is doing fine. And by God's grace he is doing absolutely fine now. I highly recommend Dr. Veena Puri. Its one of the best decisions I made to choose her as my son's doctor. I love her! I give her hundred stars. more

I would like to thank you for taking care of our daughter Anika for her persistant cough. After Anika's appointment, she was diagnosed with bronchitis and you went out of your way to take care of her. Since we didnt have a nebulizer at home, you immediately contacted a sales representative who arrived within the hour at our home and hand delivered the machine and gave instruction on how to use it. After using the machine for 1 day, her cough was almost gone. We appreciate you going out of your way to ensure that Anika was better especially since we were out of town while this happened and my mother was taking care of Anika. My mother was comforted by her visit to your clinic and the way you handled this situation.\r \r We have always felt that you are a very caring and competent doctor and take the time to explain the problem to us rather than rushing us out the door. You are very patient in answering questions and concerns and we are glad that you are the pediatrician for our 2 daughters.\r \r Also, we have been using the Relay health emailing service and I totally love it. We can give you feedback about how the medicines are working after the appointment and also get some advice on some issues from you. I usually get a response back from you within the same day. Both the physicians have over 30 years of experience and attend annual American Academy of Pediatrics. They are very up to date on outbreaks, like swine flu going on now. If you reference the Puri Pediatrics web page there is CDC supported information posted there. They do provide walk in hours 830-930 AM, but sick walk ins and emergency may come in all day. Weekends Urgent Care is with the clinic Affiliate Hospital: Washington Hospital.? more

All the doctors at Puri Pediatrics are so experinced, with at least 35 plus years in practice. their bed side mannerism is excellent, they always are ready to answer all your questions. many times answer the questions before we even ask, we trust their judgement full heartedly. we highly recommed them to any one looking for an excellent pediatric office with great doctors and wonderful, caring staff more

i have gone to the same practice has been wonderful, the staff is very caring and professional. 4 weeks ago while i was in the office there was a a sick girl who needed to go to ER, but her mother was going to walk to the hospital to go to ER, i heard veena puri doctor tell her staff to take the patient in the doctor's car and also she called the doctor at the ER and made arrangements.on the same day someone was checking in and was telling the front office that her husband had just been laid off and i heard the front office staff being very compassionate and told the patient don't worry we will do the best we can, let me talk to the doctor, i thought the doctosr and the staff in that office displayed a lot of goodness of their hearts.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

My wife had several issues in getting started with breastfeeding. Dr.Veena conducts several breastfeeding sessions with new moms and it es extremely helpful. My wife has learned a lot from these sessions and she is very confident now. more

I am a physician myself and have a lot of trust in this medical group. I know that Dr. Cerruti and Dr. Veena keep are up to date on recent treatments. What I love is that they carry the other, nonscientific, part with them too. They both have been working as Pediatricians in Fremont for some 30 plus years, so that have that bedside grace that comes with experience. Dr. Veena is great with lactation counseling. Plus I love their drawing contests and dietician classes! more

Puri Pediatric was an HORRIBLE experience. The waiting period was between 45-60 mins with an appointment. The staff members were unprofessional and inconsiderate. It is a shame that both Dr. Veena and Hari Puri have failed to see their appointments on time. Shouldn't Puri Pediatric have to pay a fine/penalty to the folks waiting in the lobby for 45-60mins and then again wait 15-30mins in the exam room with their child? I would not recommend this place to anyone. ABSOLUTELY NOT!\r \r BTW, I posted this review on YELP, and it magically disappread after two days. I think we all know why.
