They are very fair-minded, articulate, and never given to impulsiveness or haste. Every appointment is completed with impeccable attention to detail and with an unwavering commitment to exceed expectations. They have been my son's doctors for almost 10 years now. We are very appreciative of their staff who is always very polite and helpful and always go the extra mile to give us convenient appointments and complete all the paperwork needed for school so efficiently. I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Veena Puri and staff. Dr. Veena Puri's credentials speak for themselves, but in addition to being an obvious ""expert's expert,"" she is a deeply compassionate, patient, and thoughtful person. She is more available than anyone has a right to expect and it's very clear that Dr. Veena thinks about her patients long after they've left the office. Not only has Dr. Veena has taken time to address every rookie parenting question that we've had -- regardless of the hour -- but she's followed up with links to articles, further thoughts, and friendly ""how's it going"" emails. Also, she has a sense of humor which is very very necessary. As parents we have already made a lot of mistakes but choosing Dr. Veena is one we feel really really good about. Dr. Veena is profoundly generous with her time, and we feel very fortunate to have our son, Michael, in her practice. Puri Pediatric Medical Group is an extremely adept, compassionate, attentive and friendly office staff, and even responsive after hours via email questions. We could not be happier. I don't know if you remember me, but you and Dr Hari took very good care of my son Jeremy when he was a baby. He was hospitalized when he was 7 months old really sick and was sick with asthmas for a long time after. He just turned 20 last weekend and hasn't taken medicine for his asthma for quite a while now. He is an awesome son. He takes classes at the local jr college and works at Starbucks in Ripon. Very independent which I didn't think he would be at least not this much, But we are very close and we talk about a lot things. Our oldest Chris he is 26 now and is a ssgt in the air force. He has been in for 8 years now. He was just married to a girl who has 2 girls ages 3 and 4 and they are expecting another girl in 2 weeks. I will be flying out to see them in Montana on the 10th. We are very excited our first grandchild. Plus we love her two girls very much they are great. Well I thought I would look up Puri Pediatrics and I saw your name. You and Dr Hari were and always will have a special place in our hearts and I just wanted to let you know how our boys were doing. Say hello to Dr. Hari for us. more

Puri Pediatric was an HORRIBLE experience. The waiting period was between 45-60 mins with an appointment. The staff members were unprofessional and inconsiderate. It is a shame that both Dr. Veena and Hari Puri have failed to see their appointments on time. Shouldn't Puri Pediatric have to pay a fine/penalty to the folks waiting in the lobby for 45-60mins and then again wait 15-30mins in the exam room with their child? I would not recommend this place to anyone. ABSOLUTELY NOT! more

Thanks very much Drs Hari and Veena Puri and the staff for taking care of our twin boys for the last 13 yrs. Their whole team is very professional, caring, and efficient. We have never waited in their clinic for more than 10-15 minutes and that time also is well spent, with a fish tank for kids and TV with useful medical information, bulletin boards in waiting rooms with medical updates on vaccines, recalls of medicines, strollers etc. I love their free email and phone service to communicate in non-working hrs with responses received on same day. Also, their website has updated medical information for patients. I use their secure Relay Health service on website a lot for communication from out of state and love their reminders on issues like lab tests etc. I have also received free pharmacy help over email. Their clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology and their advice is unmatched with anyone else I tried. Also during our relocation, we were able to get a discount from Puri peds and affordable generic medicines without insurance. They do not have any lunch hrs and whole staff is very caring like accommodating appointments at a short notice, calling cabs for patients, giving water in the waiting room. We do appreciate your dedication and passion. more

I love going to puri pediatrics, w are always made so welcome but their wonderful staff, it is so easy to get same day appointments. all the doctors are very experienced and caring and listen very carefully and answer all your questions very professionally and with alot of ease. i especially love Dr. Veena Puri.she is so good with breast feeding and allergies and skin problems.the staff call in your prescriptions to the pharmacy , and call us back with all lab tests even if they are normal, we love that more

After coming from a large pediatric practice with so many doctors where my children and me were treated like a number and the staff is so rude and always in a rush. upon many recommendations we came to puri pediatrics and have been so happy. everyone at the office is so professional and customer oriented, they care for your children like family/friends.it is so easy to get same day appointments, they email your prescriptions. very personable on the phone , inform you of normal labs. very good with follow up of a sick visit with a phone call next day. we love all the doctors who are so experienced and the very caring staff at puri pediatrics. more

Dr. Veena is great, as is Dr. Cerruti. They have so much experience combined- I trust them with my kids. I've seen so much improvements in this clinic over the years: the front staff is attentive, the website is helpful and the wait time is minimal. I'm happy here. more

when dr pruri enters the check-up room she asks how is my baby, and she really means it, in taking care of my baby's health. For our two kids we never got a response from dr office no appointment available, always accepted, and sickness visits within a few hours. We have so much comfort and confindence, that i could give 5 stars without thinking. M friends who go to other places are jealous about us.... :P more
