Puraqua Pools

We had PurAqua install a new pool at our house. I can't begin to describe the level of service and understanding from the management down to the daily worker. If you are looking to install a pool, there are lots of companies to choose from. These guys have been installing pools a long time, and there is nothing they haven't encountered. Their approach to pool install will look at the whole project, not just digging a hole in the ground and plunking down a pool. As far as the negative review below, I have had PurAqua service my commercial pool for over 20 years. Their response time is excellent and they stand by their work. I highly recommend them for major pool installs as well as any service needed. more

I highly recommend Puraqua Pool Service! I have used them to open and close my pool in Weston for two seasons and they have been very friendly and helpful! Mark always spends as much time as necessary to get my pool looking beautiful. The staff at Central Pools are also helpful when I bring a water sample in for testing. more

Homeowners, please be aware of this company. We hired them to open our swimming pool this year. What a mistake!!!! After 3 visits and $500 later the pool is still murky and unusable. When I have called to ask them to come and rectify the problem, they told me to dispute it with my credit company. The customer service is terrible, from people who handle the phone to their service men , they are rude and have no idea about swimming pools. I was surprised that they asked foe my credit card first, before doing the job. Little did I know that they have been in this predicament before of dealing with unhappy customers, so they get their money in advance before doing the job. I wish someone had taken the time to post a review for them. If you have any alternatives do not hire these people. I also came to find that they own a pool supply store in Framingham called Central Pool, so they will try to sell you anything and everything that they can from them. Be aware.? more
