Homeowners, please be aware of this company. We hired them to open our swimming pool this year. What a mistake!!!! After 3 visits and $500 later the pool is still murky and unusable. When I have called to ask them to come and rectify the problem, they told me to dispute it with my credit company. The customer service is terrible, from people who handle the phone to their service men , they are rude and have no idea about swimming pools. I was surprised that they asked foe my credit card first, before doing the job. Little did I know that they have been in this predicament before of dealing with unhappy customers, so they get their money in advance before doing the job. I wish someone had taken the time to post a review for them. If you have any alternatives do not hire these people. I also came to find that they own a pool supply store in Framingham called Central Pool, so they will try to sell you anything and everything that they can from them. Be aware.?
