My mom recommended I go to Puente Hills Hyundai after her positive experience buying her brand new Tuscon. Although I was intimidated to go to a dealership with my less than perfect credit and part time employment status. To my amazement the staff at PH Hyundai were so helpful and I was able to get a car that far exceeded my expectations. Just wanted to give a personal thank you to Sales Manager John Kela and Product specialist Ailun Zheng for helping me buy the perfect car and taking their time to help me configure the best financing options available. Best car customer service I have recieved on any car I have owned. They complete service as promised or faster and always call me to give me an update (if needed) or when the car is complete. REally appreciate their promise to do it right the first time. more

I recently purchased a Gensis sedan here and was very satisfied with the quality of service I received. I was greeted immediately and they treated me with respect and accommodated all of my needs. Sunny was awesome he knew everything I wanted to know about the car and he really fought for me to get everything included in my package. They gave me the lowest possible rate with best possible deal. I've already been back twice and I've been very happy with every department that I've interacted with. I love the car and would recommend Puente Hills Hyundai to all my friends.\r more

Services are great. Waiting time for services to be done is relatively short compared to other brand dealerships. Waiting lounge is clean, quiet, and well equipped with drinks and snacks and even there is a room for kids. Service Advisors are all kind. more
