I had the best experience here! I live quite a ways from this dealership, but I made my way over because I was told about how awesome their customer service was. My friend was so right!! The staff is very friendly and very willing to work with you regardless of your budget. They will work the numbers 5 different ways until they get the best deal possible for you. Most of my kudos goes to the sales manager, who is one of the nicest and most personable people Ive met in a long time. No complaints here about anything!\r more

I bought a used car 4 months ago from Puente Hills Hyundai. Recently we encountered a problem with the suspension in the car because unbeknownst to us the previous owner had lowered it which then voided the factory warranty. upon discovering this we approached the manager about this problem and I can happily say that Puente Hills Hyundai replaced the parts that had been modified and brought the car back to stock, provided me with a rental car and the service was awesome. Great Service Manager, I am very impressed and recommend them to anyone. What I thought was going to be a problem turned out not to be. Great Dealer!\r more

The service is excellent 2/18/2014

I had a wonderful experience when I had my car serviced last week thanks to Larry the service rep. all my service was taken care of in a timely manner and done at little cost to me. I have a lot of miles on my car and will be purchasing another Hyundai in the near future from Puente Hills Hyundai, Thanks Larry and all the staff at your store more

Great Service - But 2/15/2014

Service is great. Timely, very informative. But customer lounge area needs upgrading and wireless is too restrictive...can't even get Hyundai dealership when searching Google. more
