DO NOT ever think of buying a car from here!! The do not answers to your queries. I was lucky enough not to break a deal with them. Later, I saw these reviews and tried to relate with my experience. The vehicle these guys showed to me was hardly driven 1k miles in past 4 years and the vechile had been in auction for past 4 yrs, when I asked abot the details and the salesrep had no answer. Still, this guy tried to convince me and talked about the finance etc. I just walked out!! Cons: Selling bricks at the price of Gold more

WOW. I am truely amazed at this post. Mainly because its the EXACT same thing that happened to me. Bought a 02 Ford Explorer, The day after i bought it i was driving down the highway and the Check Transmission light came on. I went through a whole ordeal where they had not processed the paperwork for the warranty, and actually had the balls to tell me that i had to pay the deductable. . Sally has to be the worst when it comes to customer service, she is always ""in a meeting"" or ""on a call"" or they just put me through to her Voicemail and i never receive a call back. I Moved from california to MN and sure enough the transmission went out again! . They say you can name your price and they will call the bank and see if they will accept it. I named my price just a little low, the bank supposedly accepted it. we started the paperwork, I had to transfer money in my bank account to pay the Down Payment, and we look at the paperwork and its $1000 OVER what the sticker price was. When i asked them about it. they replied with ""Well being that your not paying cash for the car you cant get the lower price."" Worst company ever. Pros: They are Best at Having the Worst Customer Service. Cons: They never return calls. more

False advertising, unsafe vehicles, ridiculous lies, unwillingness to help with their problem vehicles. Bought on 03/01/2010 and transmission went on 03/02/2010 in less than 100 miles. Bought an extended warranty only to be told we are not in the system and it's a pre-existing condition. DO NOT EVEN SET FOOT ON THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A USED CAR LOT. Dishonest, false everything, they claim a 115 point inspection but it's more like a 5 point look over. Save your money, time and possibly your life...DO NOT GO TO PUBLIC MOTORS in SANTA ANA. They don't even return phone calls until you notify the police of their fraudulent activity. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Cons: Crooks more

never buy anything from them, beside everything that everyone else said(which is true), they are very good lairs, all they want is your money. be aware, the cars they sell are not even safe to drive. i bought a car when i asked they said they have checked everything for the safety, it was not even 2 weeks from the day i got the car that the break started failing..... for real!!! in the highway!!!! i bought a 2004 volvo with only 70 k mileage.now they dont even answer my calls, i had to drive there to be able to talk to them, and after i talked to them and saw their reactions which was very insulting, i'm coming home with a broken car. so DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT BUY A CAR from them no matter what even if they give u a car for free still does not worth it. I bought a car for 13000+ which I thought I have a good deal as I was thinking that they are own by the government because of the name. unfortunately when I surf and went to the dealer it cost only 7500+. They informed me that they will get me back my warranty a 1100 refund if I signed the contract for financing. Until now it was only in words and they don't even answer the phone or call you back. I think this is their MO. BE CAREFUL AND IF I'M YOU DON'T EVEN GO TO THIS PLACE OR EVEN VISIT THE SITE. IT'S FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.
