Four of us ( two couples) went for my Birthday. I'm a fashionable, good looking thirty something, a born and raised New Yorker that did alot of clubbing in the early 00's. I'm a chef. The service was clean and elegant looking, the waiter was efficient. There was a warm yet opulent feeling to the main dining room. Drinks were strong ( a plus in my circle!). Two of us had the fixed menu, and had the mussles, which were slammin', and the Seared Tuna- verry good. Everything else we had was all outstanding. The owner came over and was friendly. We went downstairs. I just wanted to dance, and really wasn't concerned about people watching, (I absolutely refused to wait on any line, as I never, ever did when I was clubbing!) The music was sufficient, yet not overly impressive, and I thought it could've had a more decipherable difference between floors, as the evening progressed. We took off -overly confident that we'd get in somewhere else - uhh... we ended up back there in 30 minutes, and we walked right back in, with no problem because we were there for dinner (there was a line outside, but not for us!) All in all, the night was a success, and I highly reccomend this place to eat, and drunkin dancing with friends! (Lots of dark corners for being a little naughty!) ( Did I just write that??)
Pros: Food, interior, all purpose partying
