I had protronics pick up my plasma on October 24th or 25th. I was told it would be classified as a "Rush" repair order since they had worked on the same tv in August...for the same problem it has now. I have spoken to them on several occasions since the pick up. As of today, November 9, they have yet to begin working on the repair. In fact, I'm 6 in line for the repair. Last week I was 3rd in line. Go figure? Their excuse is too many parts coming in, we're backed up, etc.etc.
As a business owner myself, common knowledge tells me that if you're too busy to service your clients then hire more employees.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
