The rudest tech ever! I was astounded at the way he talked to me. All because I asked him to allow me to call my warranty company and see if there was any alternative to having him take the TV to Mt. Pleasant (I live in Pawleys Island) and he told me it would be at least a week before I could get it back. He told me I could call whoever I wanted but he had to leave because he had other customers. It got worse when I asked him why he was being so rude to me. After he stormed out, I called his boss. He told me he would have told me exactly the same thing. I told him I was going to complain to the warranty company and the BBB. He laughed and told me I had too much time on my hands.\r

All I wanted to do is make a phone call and verify that the person paying the bill wanted me to allow them to take it.\r

Unless you enjoy being treated like dirt in your own home, stay away. I would never let these people touch any thing I own.
