As a career residential renter (15 years and 10 addresses!), I have to say I was very impressed with how Chelsea & Bradford (C&B) does business. I made a trip to Longmont, CO from California to find a rental for my family and I was very happy to find C&B. Their representative definitely eased my long-distance house hunting trip. She was thorough and friendly- asking which things matter most for our future home and then coming through with options matched to my family. Although the company manages hundreds of properties, Lisa only suggested homes matching what my family needs. In the past, property managers have pushed anything and everything they had in order to get a lease signed- but Lisa actually listened to me and I'm impressed. She was also very detail oriented- she didn't overlook any problems (however minor they may be- nail holes, etc.) at the property, assuring they would be attended to. I also appreciate the fact they are on call 24/7 (not all prop. mgrs. are!). I hope I am able to rent from them because they are pleasant and professional.
Pros: Friendly, knowledgeable, and they listen to you!
Cons: none!!
