Very pleasant environment, reasonable prices and dedicated staff 12/11/2015

i just moved into the area and my dog has a protein-losing disease as well as lyme disease. She needed special attention because she is a tiny dog (6 lbs. or less) and her former vet had her taking too many meds. I took my dog to Progressive Animal Hospital where Dr. Frishman treated her and she's doing great because of his excellent care. Dr. Frishman put her on less medication and recommended alternative supplements and she's really responded well to this. My dog is now cured of her illnesses and I have the staff at Progressive Animal Hospital to thank for that. They are all great people, very friendly and they always greet my dog as if she was their own. They are also very prompt about the medical costs and up front about any charges. I'm very happy with their services. more

Overall an excellent experience 12/4/2015

I had been going to a different veterinary clinic before but decided to make the switch to Progressive Animal Hospital initially out of convenience. I am so glad that I did because they are probably one of the best hospitals I have ever been to. The staff there is very responsive and caring; you don't end up having to wait to have someone see you and they make sure to get back to you for a follow-up on your pets. If you have an animal has a problem that needs to be seen right away, they take you in almost immediately. For prices, I think they're comparable to most other vet clinics around. I just can't say a single negative thing about Progressive and would absolutely recommend them!! more

Informative service and professional care for my dogs 11/10/2015

I just switched to Progressive Animal Hospital to take care of my two ten-year-old dogs. I knew one of my dogs had some issues that would need addressing so I wanted to find a more holistic approach to her care. I also really like how close they are to my home. The first time I went to them was because my dog was having bladder problems, but it turned out she had bladder stones and needed surgery. It was really scary, but they were all wonderful. I appreciated that they talked to me in regular terms. They showed me the ultrasound and explained what they were doing. Everyone was skilled, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were very patient with me and addressed all of my questions. Their care for my dog was compassionate and competent. From start to finish it was a good experience. more

Great experience to find such knowledgeable and responsive care 10/9/2015

From the receptionist to all other staff, Progressive Animal Hospital couldn't have been more helpful. I was in a dilemma and they really came through. My dog had a flea issue and I was with another vet, so I called them. I was looking for flea medication, but they didn't call me back for two days. I used a medication and called them back. They said since I had used the medication a week ago, they couldn't do anything. I couldn't believe that, so I called Progressive because my son uses them. The receptionist was very sympathetic and said she would go check on a medication and consult with the vet. They got right back to me and said I could come pick it up. Then a couple days later I brought my bunny in. The vet was very knowledgeable about bunnies and explained a lot of things about what I was feeding her. He also took a skin culture, ran a test, did an exam, and gave her a shot. The costs of medication and services were reasonable; I really can't complain. Overall I was very pleased. The pets are doing good now, and the treatment has been effective. more

I started to bring my 7 week old rescued puppy to them because they were close to my house...little did I know they would become my full time vet!! The whole entire staff goes above and beyond for my furry family ;) always helpful and caring!! more

My experience was that its staff was very friendly and treated my dog like a princess. 7/8/2015

I was satisfied with the results Progressive Animal Hospital gave me and how quickly they were able to diagnose my dog. For over 12 years my dog had had a problem with biting and scratching excessively (I thought of it almost as an obsessive compulsive disorder). We had gone to a number of other veterinaries and now I know where to get help. more

I am so glad that I found Progressive Animal Hospital. I switched to them a couple of months ago, and I'm very impressed with the fact that Dr. Andy can do most of the things that a lot of other vets cannot do. He's extremely capable and knowledgeable. Other vets are great for grooming, but not for anything serious. Andy can address anything and get to the bottom of things right in his office. I've got three dogs, and he goes the extra mile to help them. I was very pleased with him. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I would and already do recommend them. more

They Treat Your Pet Like it is Their Own. 5/19/2015

Progressive Animal Hospital takes very good care of my dog. The best thing I can say about them (which is to me the highest of praise) is that they care about your animal like it is their own. Like you, they want nothing more than for your pet to get better. more

I found Progressive Animal Hospital to be very caring and nurturing. I was coming from a "big box" hospital, very corporate, and this first time at Progressive was much more personalized and they seemed more experienced. Their professional staff covers the whole gambit. more

Outstanding care and service 4/21/2015

Progressive Animal Hospital took care of my dog. They kept him over a long weekend to make sure he was doing okay. My dog is doing much better. We had no issues at all with them. They were all extremely helpful, from the vets to the office staff. They were also very flexible with their scheduling. more

Terrific Experience. 4/14/2015

Dr. Frishman is an amazing veterinarian, and we have been friends for years. He lives nearby my house and when my cat got sick he was kind enough to drive over, pick it up, and bring it to his office for me. My cat has diabetes and Dr. Frishman not only provided me with the necessary shots, he also set up an entire diet (both wet and dry food) to help him get better. I particularly liked how he followed up the next day by giving me a call. more

Great well visit for our new rescue. 2/7/2015

We brought Coco Puff in for her first exam. We just rescued her right before Christmas and we didn't have any history. They took great care of her and made sure we ordered all the right tests and didn't do anything unnecessary. Every part of the visit from beginning to end is such a great experience every one is nice and they make sure that we were seen right on time. Best vet ever! more

Happy I Found Them! 1/2/2015

I have 15 dogs and 16 cats, as I foster animals for a local shelter, so I need a vet that is really on it and the vet at Progressive Animal Hospital has it! He is amazing with my animals, really trying to keep them as least stressed as possible, and he follows up on them afterwards to make sure they are doing okay. The staff is great and the prices are very fair. I've been using them for over 7 months and have probably been there around 15 times and they still treat me with the same respect that they did when I first started going there--it's a truly great team. It's really hard to find a vet who has the whole package and genuinely has a concern for you pet, but this vet is awesome! I highly recommend this place! more

Welcoming and informative! 12/17/2014

Progressive Animal Hospital got me in right away, there was no wait at all. I had some dental procedures on my cats, and they were very friendly! It was almost like going to a "mom and pop" store versus a big super store. They know everybody, and it just made it more personal. I had recently moved to the area, and it was so welcoming and informative, they seemed very interested in the animals. more

Feel my pets are in best hands 11/24/2014

I have been bringing my dogs to Progressive Animal Hospital for years now. The staff there is very personable, and attentive to their patients. They make me feel very much at home. I have three dogs there, and I feel they are in the best hands. Dr. Andrew in particular is a very good veterinarian. more
