I just switched to Progressive Animal Hospital to take care of my two ten-year-old dogs. I knew one of my dogs had some issues that would need addressing so I wanted to find a more holistic approach to her care. I also really like how close they are to my home. The first time I went to them was because my dog was having bladder problems, but it turned out she had bladder stones and needed surgery. It was really scary, but they were all wonderful.
I appreciated that they talked to me in regular terms. They showed me the ultrasound and explained what they were doing. Everyone was skilled, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were very patient with me and addressed all of my questions. Their care for my dog was compassionate and competent. From start to finish it was a good experience.
