PSG operates like all the other big agencies around, which is a good thing if that is what you are looking for. Personally I like the more personal approach of the smaller ones, but big companies like this one have advantages when it comes to the resources it has. If all you are looking for is a temporary assignment between jobs then this place might be good since it won't take long at all for them to find something for you. But where they fall short is the pushy salesmen mentality that is expected from big companies and that they pay a few bucks less an hour compared to many other agencies in Boston. The agents will push anything on you regardless of it's fit when they are in danger of not making their quota, so be aware of their intentions when they offer you something.\r

I've known people that have had good and bad success with this agency, with no one is really in the middle. Mine wasn't the best, but since I know people that liked PSG I won't dismiss them entirely.
Pros: Lot's of jobs
Cons: Pushy, lower pay than others
