Review content:
Did not respond, highly unprofessional. I first contacted PSG through their online chat on their website. I spoke to an individual name Mallory who directed me to email my resume to a provided email address (likely hers) and was told that one of her co-workers would follow up with me early the following Monday. I did not hear back from anyone, so I contacted them again early in the following week. I once again contacted them via the online chat and spoke to Mallory. She first said that she would review my resume and contact me. She then stated that one of her co-workers would review the resume. This individual clearly does not have the ability to be consistent or follow through on her statements. I called the company later that day and left her a voicemail (which I never heard back from). This individual (and I expect the organization as well) is highly unprofessional and unable to perform her job properly. The time I spent on PSG was a complete waste. I had much better results upon contacting Beacon Hill Staffing, another staffing agency in the Boston area. They responded to me in a reasonable amount of time and communicated well; I recommend this agency over PSG.
