Jamie did a very straightforward and clear job with the estimate and was very clear about what would be done, if additional damage was found so their would be no surprises. His follow up was also greatly appreciated. I would also like to thank customer service. more

I was so please at the excellent customer service that we received from Professional Roofing. From the initial contact of the receptionist to request a quote, all the way through until we worked with the accounting department to get the claim with our insurance company settled, we had great treatment. Plus, our new roof and gutters make our house stand out in our neighborhood. more

Our Sales Representative was very attentive and willing to take the time to explain procedures etc. The Roofing Crew was fast and the workmanship was good. We are happy with the work. Our roof looks beautiful. It is the best roof on the block. more

My family is so pleased with Professional Roofing and Exteriors that we want to share our experience with others. Every step of the way, we received great customer service. The roofing crew was efficient and cleaned up perfectly. They had their own inspector who fixed a few minor things so that the roof was ready for the city's inspection. We are keeping the sign in our yard so our neighbors can ask us about this company. We highly recommend Professional Roofing. more

My roof, fence, multiple windows, & deck were ravished by a wind/hail/rainstorm last year. I was impressed by a neighbor’s roof and he strongly suggested Professional Roofing. I called and Steve came out, gave me a bid, set me up, and throughout checked in and kept in touch with me. Laura in customer service at once solved a very minor problem we had. This is the most professional construction experience I have experienced in 66 years of life. Furthermore, between insurance and bank “games”, Professional Roofing (Doraine Stangel) guided me, cajoled me, and calmed me down. We dealt with insurance and banks from 6-23-10 to 10-21-10, when I was finally able to write a check to Professional Roofing. Our great thanks to the amazing, outstanding roofing crew, and the rest of this organization. You should all be very proud of your service to our community. more

As a single female, I was very intimidated when it came time to find a roofer. I was hoping that I would find people who would deal with me fairly and honestly. This happened. And I got a great roof. Professional Roofing was not the lowest quote I received, but I feel like I got the best roof and the best warranty. more
