Professional Roofing replaced our roof in March 2012. I can't say enough about how pleased we are. The roofing team had their work cut out for them replacing a roof on a home built in 1907. The results are outstanding! Doraine, in the office, took care of the details with our mortgage and insurance company. The great communication was most appreciated and very refreshing! This company gives terrible customer 2/23/2012

This company gives terrible customer service and they do not warranty their work once it is completed. We contacted them for a problem with the roof they installed and was told ""there was no record of them ever doing our roof."" We provided the inspection information from our county and were told that it wasn't proof even though they confirmed the order to the county was signed off by a person that worked there at the time. The manager is rude, refused to talk to us, and has hung up on us the three times we have called her to discuss the problem. In the meantime, the damage their roof installation has caused to our house continues to get worse. Do not use this company as they do not honor the work they do, the owner also refuses to call customers back. more

Terrible Company To Work At 7/5/2011

Hired as a ""contractor"" (to avoid paying employee benefits) this company promissed a commission payout that they have yet to pay. Look for another place to work these guys are crooks. more

My family is so pleased with Professional Roofing and Exteriors that we want to share our experience with others. Every step of the way, we received great customer service. The roofing crew was efficient and cleaned up perfectly. They had their own inspector who fixed a few minor things so that the roof was ready for the city's inspection. We are keeping the sign in our yard so our neighbors can ask us about this company. We highly recommend Professional Roofing. more

My roof, fence, multiple windows, & deck were ravished by a wind/hail/rainstorm last year. I was impressed by a neighbor’s roof and he strongly suggested Professional Roofing. I called and Steve came out, gave me a bid, set me up, and throughout checked in and kept in touch with me. Laura in customer service at once solved a very minor problem we had. This is the most professional construction experience I have experienced in 66 years of life. Furthermore, between insurance and bank “games”, Professional Roofing (Doraine Stangel) guided me, cajoled me, and calmed me down. We dealt with insurance and banks from 6-23-10 to 10-21-10, when I was finally able to write a check to Professional Roofing. Our great thanks to the amazing, outstanding roofing crew, and the rest of this organization. You should all be very proud of your service to our community. more

I have already recommended professional roofing to several people already. our customer service rep megan was always available - thx. The crew was clean and hard working. I am grateful for dan in that he kept with me as i challenged the insurance company. I also appreciate teh upgrades to meet the code requirements. Thank you so very much. more

Excellent job. Neat organized and done quickly. Our property was well protected. Our salesman Don was excellent and helped us extremely and helped us tremendously with our insurance company and he was very friendly. The crew did an excellent job and we are very satisfied with our new roof. more
