My roof, fence, multiple windows, & deck were ravished by a wind/hail/rainstorm last year. I was impressed by a neighbor’s roof and he strongly suggested Professional Roofing. I called and Steve came out, gave me a bid, set me up, and throughout checked in and kept in touch with me. Laura in customer service at once solved a very minor problem we had. This is the most professional construction experience I have experienced in 66 years of life. Furthermore, between insurance and bank “games”, Professional Roofing (Doraine Stangel) guided me, cajoled me, and calmed me down. We dealt with insurance and banks from 6-23-10 to 10-21-10, when I was finally able to write a check to Professional Roofing. Our great thanks to the amazing, outstanding roofing crew, and the rest of this organization. You should all be very proud of your service to our community.
