The place is like an assembly line. Doctors adn therapists arent bad butTHE WORST BILLING SYSTEM EVER\r YOU PAY AND THEN THEY BILL YOU \r AND YOU SPEAK TO SOMEONE AND THEY SAY THEY WILL STRAIGHTEN OUT THE BILLING AND MONTHS LATER YOU RECEIVE ANOTHER BILL\r THEN YOU CALL AGAIN AND NEVER GET A REPLY BACK AND THEN YOU GET ANOTHER STATEMENT SAYING YOU OWN MONEY WHEN YOU PAID\r ITS FRUSTRATING\r GO SOMEWHERE ELSE more

REALLY REALLY NICE PEOPLE!! 8/2/2010

I've just finished 4 weeks worth of therepy for my injured knee and I have to say everyone is so nice there!! First of all, everyone remembers you by name, not patient number 1234, i loved my theripist Lauren, she was smart, kind and not only helped me but educated me on what she was doing so I can continue it at home. For every excercise I did, Lauren made sure that she explained exactly what muscles were being triggered and why. \r \r All the theripist there were very kind and helpful to everyone. You can tell by the other patients that came in with big smiles and gifts of cookies for them. \r \r I have to say as well, they have this GREAT play room for kids! My 2 1/2 year old loved being there. He would literally walk through the door, say ""Hi i'm Joey"" and run to the play room. It was awesome........VERY MOMMY FREINDLY!! \r \r Thank you so much to all the staff for being so nice and professional. Watch out for their billing 5/8/2009

Office policy is: copay due prior to every visit. I paid with my credit card and have prove of my copay payment. Month later after treatment I started receiving invoices for the services I paid already. I called office 4 (four) times and every time office manager assured that error will be corrected and promised to send me written confirmation acknowledging my payment. Instead I still receiving invoices. Treatment sessions scheduling also messed up. I was told once that evenings was busy and few days later I have got call at work that my session is scheduled to start in 15 minutes. I am working 25 miles and few dozen of towns away. Pros: Good therapists Cons: Very messy scheduling and accounting record keeping more
