Review content:
Office policy is: copay due prior to every visit. I paid with my credit card and have prove of my copay payment. Month later after treatment I started receiving invoices for the services I paid already. I called office 4 (four) times and every time office manager assured that error will be corrected and promised to send me written confirmation acknowledging my payment. Instead I still receiving invoices. Treatment sessions scheduling also messed up. I was told once that evenings was busy and few days later I have got call at work that my session is scheduled to start in 15 minutes. I am working 25 miles and few dozen of towns away.
Pros: Good therapists
Cons: Very messy scheduling and accounting record keeping
