I had my brakes replaced by pro auto Denver in 2012. I had the car new sense 2006 I thought that was good sense I only drive about ten thousand miles a year. In 2014 I had a bad vibration when I used my brakes at higher speeds. Pro Auto in littleton Joe to be exact said I had to replace all brakes even though the front ones where good and two rotors. I was not happy my brakes only lasted two years and I let him know that. I think they over machined my rotors also. I called the dealer where I bought my car and brakes plus whom I had used for years. I was told I didn't have to replace the ones that didn't need rotors. I called Pro Auto and asked for Al Joe put me on hold for a few minutes and then came back and said Al was in a meeting and couldn't come to the phone. I told him what I had been told by the dealer and brakes plus and he said he was smarter than them. I also had my headlights redone for oxidation they did a bad job the stuff they put on is peeling off it cost two hundred and eighty some dollars. Joe did call and said he got a refund from the brake co I really wonder if that was true but they did give me a credit that could only be used on labor. I don't trust Joe.Then my motor mount went out they replaced two mounts and eversense I have had a bad vibration when I start my car in the morning and when it is cold. I called and Joe said motor mounts don't cause vibrations. I took my car back and jake said it was the fuel injectors and the plugs they cleaned the injectors and replaced the plugs. It still vibrates. I called Jake and he said he would research it and get back to me, he never did I waited two weeks. I called took my car back in and Joe said we will replace another motor mount and that will stop the vibration. After telling me they don't cause vibrations.He tried to tell me he had told me this the last time I was there. I reminded him what they had said and done. I was not happy with them and I let him know. So he didn't charge me for the last motor mount. Thats good because it didn't fix the problem. To bad Brian left I am sure he would not have acted this way. I will not go back, its not worth the drive. \r Penny Burkett more

I took my car to pro auto about a week ago. I was told they had a free shuttle service , this was important to me as I a a single 63 year old female. I left my car and was shuttled home. At about 1pm I got a call with a estimate of about 750.00 worth of repairs. I was a little taken back so I said I wasn't prepared for that kind of expense and I would have to decide how I would manage that kind of financial outlay. I was told that I could pick up my car anytime. I said well I used your shuttle service and I will need a ride back. That's when I was told the shuttle driver would be out all afternoon picking up parts and that they don't provide shuttle service both ways ! I didn't know what to say and then I said don't you think that would be something you should have shared before I left my car ? I was told I'm sorry . I called around and got my son in law to give me a ride back to Pro Auto. We arrived about 1:45 ad when we get there I see the shuttle driver sitting there in front of me. I have since asked around and no one has ever heard of a one way shuttle service ! I decided that if they lie about small things what would they do for money ?. If I had agreed to the work would I have gotten a ride back ? I'm very disappointed as they have 100% reviews. I wonder are only positive reviews posted ? more

Why my 1998 ford crown victoria keep having problem on ideling when is cold weather day if I start and let my feet go the idel is too small and it shut off the engine and if I start the engine and hold the gas padle for a bout 3 to 5 minutes than the idle kick in a full speed again I don't know why? more

Knowledgable, Right Price, Honest, Professional 11/16/2011

I've had a horror story in my past with a mechanic that drove me to only go 'dealership' for repairs. Pro Auto have changed that. I've compared their prices and they are right on the market. Both times I've been there, they only fix what I need fixed and make the proper recommendations. They seem to recognize that building trust will always win in the end. Since the first visit to Pro Auto Care I have had excellent experiences. Everyone is always cheerful and helpful. All my appointments are made for my convenience. Work is done in appropriate time. Honesty is one of the prime attributes of Pro Auto. If something goes wrong, Pro Auto makes things right immediately. I have recommended Pro Auto after and will continue to do so. I recently decided to try this location, being that it is close to my work making it easy to drop off and pick up. I was surprised by the customer service i received from Dave at the front desk. He is very knowledgeable and made my service experience pleasant. The work perform was also to my satisfaction. I was unable to find a downside or problem with my whole experience with Pro Auto Care. I will be returning not only for the convenience but also for the quality service provided. Pros: Great customer service, quality work, reliable Cons: none more
