ProSkill Is Top Notch 7/4/2017

This is the third time that I have called on Proskill and they have answered that call with flying colors. Needed my A/C unit fixed when the temps hit the 100's. Albert was the technician that ProSkill sent. He was on time, courteous and went to work immediately after discussing the problem. Checked the condenser outside as well as the air handler in the attic (which was probably 130 degrees up there) to diagnose the problem. Replaced a couple of items on the condenser and we were back in business within an hour and a half. Cleaned up after himself in the yard as well as under the attic access. I am extremely impressed with the service and the technicians that make up ProSkill. I highly recommend ProSkill as well as their staff and technicians. more

Why Call ProSkill! 6/23/2017

We have called ProSkill a minimum of 10 times over the years we have been in Anthem. This time it was Greg who answered the call to give the service we knew we would get. He was very thorough per usual and always so very pleasant. This time it was a quick fix; however, on another issue related to new A/C units installed by another company sent by the insurance company it was a different story. Greg had answered the call. He saw the installation was faulty to say the least. Instead of trying to fix the problem and charge us for it, he took photos for us and told us we needed to call the installing company. There was no charge. The ProSkill techs are more than fair in their fees. We can't say enough good things about this special company. Keep up the good work in Anthem. We will be happy to make referrals as we know you are fair in your charges and have very competent technicians. You are definitely "our plumber" when we need one. Miller and Ruth Lee more

EXCELLENT Service with a FINE Company! 6/8/2017

I used ProSkll for a Reverse Osmosis install and for Air Conditioning maintenance ... Both services (different techs) were done VERY professionally and at a fair cost! The techs were quite friendly and offered advice regarding the work being done. They even call and/or texted me to update arrival times and to see if they could arrive earlier than the appointment! ... Every aspect of their service and business practice is "Rare Professionalism" for this day and age! ... Thanks ProSkill! more

We have been using ProSkill for many years now, and they are the absolute BEST --------from work ethic on down. Their phone staff is always friendly and efficient -------and this attitude is reflected in their guys the field. We have had JAKE take care of our units before, and he is super efficient, friendly, and on top of his game. His visit yesterday was no exception. Proskill Plumbing is a 5 star organization. From scheduling to service they are the best. The technician, Jake S., Is a true professional in performing my air conditioning systems check-up. Each step of the procedure was fully explained to me followed by a perfect clean up. I highly recommend this company and have signed up for their yearly maintenance agreement. more
